  2. Resolution 2025-XXX: Authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Locality Media, Inc. DBA: First Due, for a replacement Fire Department Records Management System (RMS). The initial one (1) year term shall not exceed $90,000.00, after the initial one (1) year term, this agreement will automatically renew for successive terms of 12 months for a rate of $52,700, subject to the right of either party to cancel renewal at any time upon at least 60 days written notice.
