  6. Declaring the Intention to Order Annexation No. 44 for the property located at 820 N. Berkeley Avenue, Stanislaus County Assessor's Parcel 051-025-068, to Existing Community Facilities District No. 2 (Services Mitigation).
  7. Declaring the Intention to Order Annexation No. 42 for the Property located at 985 Park Street, Stanislaus County Assessor's Parcel 061-002-063, to existing Community Facilities District No. 2 (Services Mitigation)
  8. Accepting the weekly demands of September 4, 2026 through September 10, 2026 in the amount of $2,375,802.91 and the weekly demands of September 11, 2026 through September 17, 2026 in the amount of $1,786,454.54
  9. Adopting a Resolution of Intention of the City Council of the City of Turlock, California, declaring intention to annex territory to the City of Turlock Community Facilities District No. 3 (Maintenance Services) and adopting a map of the area proposed to be annexed thereto (Annexation No. 5) (Engineering)
  10. Accepting the Minutes of the September 22, 2026 Regular City Council Meeting
