Approving agreements for On-Call Professional Services and delegating authority to the Director of Public Works to execute task orders under these agreements, as follows: (1) Environmental ($500,000 NTE per contract): Area West Environmental Inc., HELIX Environmental Planning, Inc., Nichols Consulting Engineers, Chtd., and SummitWest Environmental Inc., (2) Cultural Resources ($250,000 NTE per contract): Environmental Science Associates, Far Western Anthropological Research Group, Inc., InContext, and SummitWest Environmental Inc., (3) Geotechnical Engineering ($250,000 NTE per contract): Crawford & Associates, Inc., MGE Engineering, Inc., Nichols Consulting Engineers, Chtd., and UES Professional Solutions, Inc., (4) Hydrology and Hydraulic Engineering ($250,000 NTE per contract): Avila and Associates Consulting Engineers, Inc., Kjeldsen Sinnock Neudeck Inc., Nichols Consulting Engineers, Chtd., and Precision Civil Engineering Inc., (5) Surveying ($250,000 NTE per Contract): Kjeldsen Sinnock Neudeck Inc., NorthStar Engineering Group, Inc., and R.E.Y Engineers, Inc.
2. Approving Amendment #2 to the Agreement with 4Creeks, Inc. for design professional services, increasing the compensation by $86,350 to an amount not to exceed $833,050 and modifying the scope of work, and authorizing the County Administrator to sign all related documents.
3. Consideration of providing direction on the organizational placement of the Office of Emergency Services under the Tuolumne County Sheriff's Office and direct staff to return with an amendment to the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code. (Supervisor Kirk)
