1. Adopting Resolution 35-26 authorizing the renewal of Investment Authority of the Treasurer-Tax Collector and approving the Tuolumne County Statement of Investment Policy.
2. Approving the award of a contract in the amount not to exceed $212,000 for the software and implementation of the UKG Human Resources Information System (HRIS) with Central Square as the authorized reseller, and authorizing the County Administrative Officer to sign the contract and all related documents. (Included in the FY25-26 Mid-Year Budget Adjustments)
3. Approving agreements for On-Call Professional Services under Project No. 1786 and On-Call Traffic Services under Project No. 1791, and delegating authority to the Director of Public Works to execute task orders under these agreements, as follows: (1) 1786 - Surveying ($250,000 NTE per Contract): Westwood Professional Services Inc. (2) 1791 - Traffic ($500,000 NTE per Contract): TJKM Transportation Consultants, Whitlock & Weinberger Transportation Inc., Wood Rodgers
4. Approving amended contracts with CSG Consultants, Inc., a California Corporation, and Bureau Veritas North America, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, to increase the scope of services and authorizing additional compensation, bringing each contract to a not-to-exceed amount of $120,000 per fiscal year. (Included in FY25/26 Adopted Budget)
5. Recognizing unanticipated revenue in the amount of $876,822 in the Master Stewardship Agreement cost center and increasing appropriations in the same amount from the Wildfire and Forest Resilience Directed Grant Program, awarded by the Sierra Nevada Conservancy. (4/5ths approval required)
