1. Approving agreements for On-Call Traffic Services under Project No. 1791, and delegating authority to the Director of Public Works to execute task orders under these agreements, as follows: (1) 1791 - Traffic ($500,000 NTE per Contract): Willdan Engineering
2. Approving a contract Amendment between the Tuolumne County Health and Human Services Agency and Amador Tuolumne Community Action Agency for housing related case management and rapid rehousing services, in an amount not to exceed $370,759 for the period of January 1, 2024, through March 31, 2027, and authorizing the County Administrator to sign all related documents.
3. Consideration of approving the Ambulance Services Agreement between the County of Tuolumne and Mercy Medical Transport, Inc., with a base contract amount of $6,556,467, subject to annual increases, plus additional compensation for performance-based incentives, as included in the Fiscal Year 2026–27 Adopted Ambulance Enterprise Fund Budget.
4. Consideration of adopting Resolution 44-26 approving an amendment to the cooperative agreement with CAL FIRE for FY 26/27 in an amount not to exceed $32,422,015.
5. Consideration of approving the Real Property Donation, Regulatory, and Use Agreement for the Miner’s Motel property at 18740 Highway 108 to convey the property to Habitat for Humanity of Tuolumne County, approving the Subrecipient Agreement with Habitat for Humanity of Tuolumne County for Rehabilitation of 18740 Highway 108 in the amount not to exceed one million two hundred twelve thousand nine hundred sixty-six dollars ($1,212,966) dollars with a term ending September 30, 2026, and authorizing the County Administrator to sign all related documents.
6. Approving recognition of unanticipated revenue of $10,000 from the awarded California Fire Foundation 2025 Statewide Climate-Related Wildfire & Disaster Prevention and Preparedness Support Grant and adopting Resolution 43-26 authorizing and ratifying the execution and submittal of the grant agreement by the Tuolumne County Fire Department Battalion Chief, Mario Torres, and authorizing the same to sign all related documents.
