- Approving the grant agreement with California State University, Fresno Foundation to fund Public Health's participation in the Sierra-San Joaquin Perinatal Health Partnership, recognizing unanticipated revenue in the amount of $128,000, increasing appropriations by $25,000 for the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Public Health Department Budget, and authorizing the County Administrative Officer to sign all related documents (4/5 vote required).
- Adopting Resolution 54-26 recognizing unanticipated revenue in the Sheriff Coroner cost center from the United States Department of Justice (DOJ), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), for the Domestic Cannabis Eradication/Suppression Program (DCE/SP) Grant in the amount of $15,000 and increasing appropriations by the same amount, and authorizing the County Administrator to execute a grant agreement and all related documents. (4/5ths vote required)
