1. Approving the second amendment to the Interlocal Agreement with the University of California Cooperative Extension, extending the term to end on June 30, 2031, and authorizing the County Administrative Officer to sign. (Included in the FY 26/27 Adopted Budget)
2. Approving Cooperative Service Agreement No. 26-7306-0282-RA with USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Wildlife Services for wildlife damage management including the FY 26/27 Annual Financial Work Plan for $98,925.88 and a CEQA Notice of Exemption, and delegating signature authority to the County Administrative Officer for all future annual financial plans covered under this Cooperative Service Agreement (included in the FY 26/27 Recommended Budget).
3. Announcing the appointment of Walter Wall as the County Counsel for the County of Tuolumne for a four-year term from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2030, waiving residency requirements pursuant to Government Code §27641.1, and consideration of approving an employment agreement with Mr. Wall.
4. Approving a letter of support for Tuolumne Fire Safe Council (TFSC) in their proposal to the California Fire Safe Council Wildfire County Coordinator Grant Program.
