Approving of a multi-year contract with ATCAA/YES Partnership for Adult and/or Youth Early Intervention Services in an amount not to exceed $200,100 per fiscal year, for a total amount not to exceed $600,300, and authorizing the County Administrative Officer to sign all related documents. (Included in the FY 2026/27 Recommended Budget)
3. Approving of a multi-year contract with Infant Child Enrichment Services (ICES) for Adult and/or Youth Early Intervention Services in an amount not to exceed $238,000 FY 2026/27, $172,000 FY 2027/28, and $169,000 FY 2028/29, for a total amount not to exceed $579,000 and authorizing the County Administrative Officer to sign all related documents. (Included in the FY 2026/27 Recommended Budget)
4. Approving of a multi-year contract with Tuolumne County Superintendent of Schools (TCSOS) for Adult and/or Youth Early Intervention Services in an amount not to exceed $26,575.25 for FY 2026/27, $92,086.13 for FY 2027/28, and $95,571.52 for FY 2028/29, for a total amount not to exceed $214,232.90, and authorizing the County Administrative Officer to sign all related documents. (Included in FY 2026/27 Recommended Budget)
5. <strong>11:00 AM Public Hearing-Consideration of adopting an ordinance amendment Title 3, Chapter 3.40, Section 3.40.010(BB) and Section 3.40.020 to revise ambulance provider application and permit fees, add dispatch and information technology services fees, and establish an annual Consumer Price Index (CBI)-based fee adjustment.
