1. Approving Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Chabot-Las Positas Community College District for Title IV-E Specialized Training Services, for an amount not to exceed $1,500,000, and authorizing the Chair to sign the agreement and the County Administrator to sign all future related documents. (included in the FY26/27 Recommended Budget)
2. Approving a Professional Services Agreement with Fehr & Peers, in an amount not to exceed $216,191, to provide professional engineering and transportation planning services for the SS4A Action Plan Update & Safety Analysis (Contract No. 1785).
3. Approving a Subrecipient Agreement between the County of Tuolumne and Habitat for Humanity of Tuolumne County, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $2,500,000 for projects under the Manufactured Housing Opportunity & Revitalization Program (MORE) program.
4. Approving a contract with Aspen Street Architect Inc for Design and Consulting Services for the Behavioral Health Continuum Infrastructure Program funded Peer Respite at Tuolumne General commencing April 1, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $719,950 over the duration of the project, and authorizing the County Administrator to sign the agreement and all future amendments.
5. Approving a lease agreement between the Tuolumne County Transit Agency and the County of Tuolumne, through the Sheriff's Office, for the property known as the Tuolumne County Transit Center located at 12879 Justice Center Drive, Sonora, California, 95370, for a monthly amount of $930.
6. Approving Amendment No. 2 to the Standard Agreement for Professional Services with MGE Engineering, Inc. for engineering design services associated with the Algerine-Wards Ferry Road Bridge Replacement Project, No. 1571, increasing the contract amount by $38,302 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $343,933 and authorizing the Chair to sign the Amendment.
7. Approving Amendment #4 to the Jail Inmate and Detained Youth Medical Services Agreement with California Forensic Medical Group, extending the contract term by three years, modifying the scope of work to include CalAIM requirements, and adjusting the compensation accordingly (included in the FY 26/27 budget).
8. Approving Amendment No. 4 to the Standard Agreement for Professional Services with Consor North America, Inc. for engineering design services related to the Rawhide Road crossing Woods Bridge Replacement Project No.1331, an increase of $1,474,517, for a total amount not-to-exceed amount of $3,212,723, and authorizing the Chair to sign.
9. Approving a contract with Jules Advisory Group LLC (“JAG”) for project and construction management Services for the Behavioral Health Continuum Infrastructure Program funded Peer Respite at Tuolumne General commencing April 25, 2026, not to exceed $209,000 over the duration of the project, and authorizing the County Administrator to sign the agreement and all future amendments.
10. Consideration of Adopting Resolution 72-26 approving the 2026-2029 Memorandum of Understanding between the County of Tuolumne and the County of Tuolumne Deputy District Attorneys' Association
11. Approving the minutes of the June 30, 2026, and July 07, 2026, meetings.
