  1. <strong>Agreement - Public Health: </strong>Approving the annual certification statements required by the California Department of Health Care Services for the California Children's Services Program and the Health Care Program for Children in Foster Care for Fiscal Year 2026-27 and authorizing the Board Chair and County Administrator to sign.
  2. <strong>Resolution - Clerk of the Board of Supervisors:</strong> Adopting Resolution 75-26 proclaiming the month of August 2026 as Child Support Awareness Month.

  4. <strong>Resolution - Office of Emergency Services: </strong>Adopting Resolution 78-26 continuing the Local State of Emergency in Tuolumne County due to the TCU September Lightning Complex Fire as required by the California Emergency Services Act Article 14 § 8630(c).

  8. <strong>9:30 AM Public Hearing: Consideration of adopting Resolution 80-26 approving the vacation of Road and Public Utility Easements as described in Exhibit Map 21T-033 Groveland Hotel Development LLC, attached to the resolution.
  9. <strong>10:00 AM Presentation and Direction regarding Low Impact Camping Areas (LICA) in eligible, unincorporated areas of Tuolumne County.
  10. <strong>Resolution - Public Health:</strong> Adopting Resolution 77-26 ratifying a declaration of a Local Health Emergency due to the Dove Fire as required by California Health & Safety Code §101080.
  11. Consideration of adopting Resolution 79-26 regarding Chinese Camp TCU Lightning Complex Fire Recovery Fee Waiver extending through July 1, 2027, and waiving fire sprinkler and solar requirements for rebuilds subject to applicable eligibility conditions.
