  1. <strong>Agreement - Public Works: </strong>Approving the Award of the Tuolumne County Traffic Signal Maintenance Agreement (2026-2027), Contract No. 1792, to Bear Electrical Solutions, LLC.
  2. <strong>9:30 AM</strong><strong> 1) Consideration of approving Amendment #9 to the Professional Services Agreement with Tuolumne River Preservation Trust, dba Yosemite Rivers Alliance, for program administration and project management related to the County's Master Stewardship Agreement with the Stanislaus National Forest, authorizing the County Administrative Officer to sign.
  3. <strong>Agreement - Behavioral Health: </strong>Approving an agreement for residential services between Tuolumne County Behavioral Health and California Psychiatric Transitions, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $300,000 per fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028, and authorizing the County Administrator to sign all related documents. (Included in the FY26/27 Recommended Budget)
  4. <strong>Agreement - Behavioral Health: </strong>Approving an agreement for residential services between Tuolumne County Behavioral Health and Mar-Ric Care Home in an amount not to exceed $200,000 per fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029, and authorizing the County Administrator to sign all related documents. (Included in the FY 2026/27 Recommended Budget)
  5. <strong>Action Item - Public Works: </strong>Accepting the Notice of Completion for the Twain Harte Storm Drain Rehabilitation Project, Contract No. 1749, and authorizing the Chair to sign the Notice.
  6. Consideration of Adopting Resolution 87-26 approving the 2026-2029 Memorandum of Understanding between the County of Tuolumne and the Operating Engineers No. 3 Fleet & Roads Unit.
  7. <strong>Action Item - Clerk of the Board of Supervisors:</strong> Approving the minutes of the August 18, 2026 meeting.
  8. <strong>Discussion and Direction Item - Supervisor Campbell:</strong> Request to Schedule Public Hearing to Adopt Gov. Code § 65858 Interim Ordinance Temporarily Prohibiting Data Centers Countywide; CEQA Exempt.

  10. <strong>9:30 AM 2) Public Hearing: Consideration of the appeal of the County Surveyor's decision approving the Notice of Determination and Tentative Parcel Map 24T-007(2) Red Tail Ridge by the Quail Ridge Ranch Homeowners Association.
  11. Consideration of ratifying the County Counsel's letter of response to the 2025-2026 Civil Grand Jury Reports and approving the County letters of response to the 2025-2026 Civil Grand Jury reports.
  12. <strong>Resolution - Auditor/Controller:</strong> Adopting Resolution 85-26 approving the FY26/27 Tax Rates on the Secured Roll per section 29100 of the Government Code.
  13. <strong>Resolution - Sheriff: </strong>Adopting Resolution 82-26 Recognizing unanticipated revenue in the Sheriff Coroner cost center from the United States Department of Justice (DOJ), for the 2025 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance (JAG) Program Grant in the amount of $20,750 and increasing appropriations by the same amount. (4/5ths vote required)
  14. <strong>Resolution - Sheriff:</strong> Adopting Resolution 86-26 and Cal OES Universal Resolution for all open and future disasters/grants declared up to three (3) years following the date of approval.
