1. <strong>Agreement - Behavioral Health: </strong>Approving an agreement for crisis residential services between Tuolumne County Behavioral Health and Central Star Behavioral Health Inc., not to exceed $275,000 per fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029, and authorizing the County Administrator to sign the agreement and all related documents. (Included in the FY 26/27 Recommended Budget).
2. <strong>Agreement - Behavioral Health: </strong>Approving an agreement for narcotic therapy services between Tuolumne County Behavioral Health and Aegis Treatment Centers, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, in an amount not to exceed $550,000 per fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029 and authorizing the County Administrator to sign the agreement and all related documents. (Included in the FY 26/27 Recommended Budget).
3. <strong>Action Item - Clerk of the Board of Supervisors:</strong> Approving an updated 2026 Board of Supervisors Meeting Calendar.
4. <strong>Action Item - Clerk of the Board of Supervisors: </strong>Approving the minutes of the September 01, 2026 meeting.
5. <strong>Action Item - Clerk of the Board of Supervisors: </strong>Approving the amended minutes of the August 05, 2025 meeting, due to a clerical error.
6. <strong>Action Item - Supervisor Griefer: </strong>Approving a modification to the meeting frequency of the Fire Safety Advisory Committee from Monthly to Quarterly.
7. <strong>Presentation Item - Supervisor Holland: </strong>Request for staff update on the transition of County Departments from Leased Spaces to County-Owned Properties.
8. <strong>Action Item - Human Resources/Risk Management:</strong> Approving the Payroll Analyst Job Classification, Salary, and Bargaining Unit Assignment and the Reclassification of one Senior Payroll Technician
9. <strong>Action Item - County Administration: </strong>Letter of Collaboration for the UC Merced grant proposal to the U.S Wildland Fire Service, <span style="margin-left:0in;">Bureau of Land Management (BLM), </span>National Interagency Fire Center (NIFC) Joint Fire Science Program (JFSP).
10. <strong>10:00 AM Public Hearing pursuant to AB 2561 and California Government Code Section 3502.3 regarding the status of County workforce vacancies, recruitment and retention efforts, receive presentation from Human Resources and recognized employee organizations, receive public comment, and receive and file the County's annual vacancy report.
