- Approve an agreement with Whitechurch Engineering, Inc. to provide architectural engineering services to inspect, re-design and upgrade the Veteran's Memorial Hall located at 51 Memorial Drive in Weaverville; and authorize the County Administrative Officer to sign the agreement and any other documents necessary to complete the project, including contract amendments.
