- CALL TO ORDER
- Take the following actions regarding the project to build a fence around the new DOT maintenance yard in Hayfork:<ol style="list-style-type: upper-alpha;"><li>Approve the bid packet for Hayfork DOT Maintenance yard fence;</li><li>Authorize the Director of Transportation to award and execute a construction contract along with related documents to the lowest responsive bidder, provided the contract amount does not exceed available project funds, or to reject all bids; and</li><li>Authorize the Director of Transportation to approve all construction change orders up to 10% of the bid amount, provided the contract amount does not exceed available funds for the project.
- Adopt a resolution which authorizes the Sheriff to sign the grant agreement to accept funds from the California Department of Parks and Recreation, Divisions of Boating and Waterways, Boating Safety Patrol Boat Grant for the purchase of a new patrol boat.
