2. Approve an agreement with Estech Systems, Inc (ESI) to provide phones and VoiP service to various county departments and authorize the County Administrative Officer to sign all agreement and contract documents.
3. Approve amendment number 1 to the agreement with Karpel Computer Systems, Inc., DBA Karpel Solutions, increasing the maximum cost by $1,573 to provide case management services to the District Attorney's Office.
