1. Approve amendment number 9 to the agreement with Advanced Security Systems, extending the term to June 30, 2029 and increasing the maximum cost by $25,000 to provide security installation, service and monitoring at the Health and Human Services Hayfork Satellite Office.
2. <div class="fr-temp-div">Approve amendment number 1 to the agreement with Enrico and Mary Kay Raffanti, extending the term of the lease to June 30, 2027, and converting to month to month after the expiration of the extension, for the lease of Behavioral Health buildings.
3. Approve amendment number 1 to the agreement with Eureka Humboldt Fire Extinguisher, Inc., changing the term to automatically renew every four (4) years, updating Exhibit B, increasing the maximum cost to $12,000 per fiscal year, and updating the termination clause, to provide annual service of extinguishers and suppression systems, maintenance, recharge, replacement and purchases on an as needed basis for all County facilities and vehicles.
