Authorize the Director of Transportation to approve the construction change orders 4 and 5 with Stimpel-Wiebelhaus Associates, Inc. for the Ruth - Zenia PM 18.75 storm damage project and authorize the Director of Transportation to approve all future change orders necessary for the project completion, provided that the aggregate contract amount does not exceed $4,466,250.
