  6. <span style="margin-left:0in;">Approve an agreement with JUMP Technology Services, L.L.C. to provide licensing and hosting of the LEAPS database system.
  7. Approve amendment number 1 to the agreement with Megabyte Property Tax System (MPTS), amending Exhibit B to include an annual maintenance/support fee for the MPTS Tax Sale Module as part of the overall agreement for maintenance and support services for the MPTS Tax System.
  8. Approve amendment number 1 to the agreement with Megabyte Property Tax System (MPTS), updating Exhibit A to include the scope of services for the Tax Sale Module, and updating Exhibit C to include the purchase of the module as part of the overall agreement for maintenance and support services for the MPTS Tax System.
  9. Approve an agreement with Glenn County Community Action Department (CAD) to provide professional services on behalf of the Dos Rios Continuum of Care (CoC), in accordance with the CoC's governance documents which outline the roles and responsibilities of the lead agency.
  10. Approve amendment number 2 to the agreement with California Safety Company, Inc., to provide a one-time increase for FY 26/27, replace Exhibit B, and add a new service as outlined in Exhibit B-2 to provide miscellaneous fire, security and survelliance services to various county departments, and authorize the CAO to sign all future amendments.
  11. Receive an update from U.S. Forest Service representatives regarding matters of interest in Trinity County.
  12. Government Code Section 54954.5(e) - Public Employee Evaluation - County Counsel
  13. Approve regular meeting minutes from September 15, 2026, budget hearing minutes from September 22, 2026, and special meeting minutes from September 28, 2026.
  14. Adopt a proclamation supporting Human Response Network's Candlelight Walk for Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
  15. Reports from Ad Hocs<ul><li>Tourism Funding</li><li>Strategic Plan</li></ul>
  16. Receive a presentation from Human Response Network regarding second-hand smoke in outdoor spaces to add awareness for a possible update to our County Code.
  17. Ratify the Chairman's signature on a letter supporting Trinity High School's 2026 Homecoming Parade.
  18. Adopt a resolution granting authority to obtain Federal Financial Assistance provided by the ​Federal Department of Homeland Security and subgranted through the state of ​California.
