1. Approve an agreement with Lexipol LLC to provide the Probation Department Policy Manual and Daily Training Bulletin.
2. Approve amendment number 1 to the agreement with the County of Sonoma extending the term to June 30, 2027 and increasing the daily bed rate to $403 to provide housing of juveniles.
3. Approve amendment number 3 to the agreement with John Hodges extending the term to June 30, 2027, increasing the monthly cost to $1,585 but not to exceed $75,000 to lease the 3-bedroom dwelling at 161 Mountain View Street in Weaverville.
4. Approve amendment number 4 to the agreement with VOTC, INC. and Visions of the Cross extending the term to June 30, 2029, increasing the maximum cost to $225,000 and replacing Exhibit "B" to provide residential treatment, sober living and outpatient substance abuse services for Child Welfare Services clients.
5. Approve amendment number 3 to the agreement with John Hodges extending the term to June 30, 2027 and increasing the monthly cost to $1,627 but not to exceed $75,000 to lease the 3-bedroom dwelling at 60 #B Bennet Street in Weaverville.
6. Take the following actions regarding the replacement of a Cooling Tower at the Probation Department facility:1. Ratify the Chief Probation Officer's signature on the proposal; and 2. Approve amendment number 1 to the agreement with Mike's Heating & Air modifying the scope of services by adding Exhibit A1 and increasing the maximum cost by $88,900 to provide replacement of two AC units at the probation department.
7. Authorize the Chairman to sign a letter of support for the Trinity County Resource Conservation District (RCD) CAL FIRE Wildfire Prevention Grant Proposal.
