- Approve amendment number 5 to the agreement with Willow Glen Care Center, extending the term and contract performance to June 30, 2029, and adjusting the bed day rate for FY 26/27 to provide residential care to Trinity County adults with mental health conditions.
- Approve amendment number 4 to the agreement with Mental Health Management, Inc. DBA Canyon Manor, amending the termination and contract performance dates until June 30th, 2029 and including new rates for fiscal year 26/27 to provide sub-acute inpatient or residential mental health stabilization services for Trinity County eligible members.
- Approve an agreement with Butte County Detention Facility to provide housing of detained youth.
- Approve an agreement with Kelly Kobylanski, D.O., DABP to provide Forensic Pathology services.
- Approve amendment number 1 to the agreement with Hayfork Tire, updating Section IX Clause B insurance requirements and removing emergency vehicle road services from services provided.
- Approve amendment number 1 to the professional services agreement with Prentice Long, PC, to modify the scope of services to provide temporary District Attorney's Office support during the District Attorney's extended absence.
- Approve amendment number 3 with Trinity County Office of Education to provide tutoring services for foster youth.
- Approve meeting minutes for July 7, 2026.
