1. Approve amendment number 1 to the agreement with Dr. Dan Purtzer adding an auto-renewal clause to the contract term and removing the Commercial General Liability Insurance requirement to provide autopsy services.
2. Approve amendment number 2 to the agreement with Central Star Behavioral Health, Inc. extending the term and contract performance time to June 30, 2029, and updating Exhibit B to provide acute psychiatric inpatient hospital services for Trinity County eligible residents.
3. Approve amendment number 4 to the agreement with Trinity Services Group, replacing Section 6.1 in its entirety to allow for automatic renewal and adding Exhibit B to operate inmate food services at the Trinity County Jail.
4. Approve an agreement with The WeCare Group to provide dental services to Justice-Involved individuals on an as needed basis.
5. Approve an agreement with the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) allowing Trinity County Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) to participate in the Intergovernmental Transfer program for calendar year 2025, and authorize the Director of Health and Human Services Agency to sign the agreement and any future amendments.
6. Approve amendment number 4 to the agreement with Lawrence and Associates Engineers and Geologist extending the term to June 30, 2031, and updating exhibit B to provide engineering, planning, drilling and other consulting and contracting services to Trinity County.
7. Approve amendment number 5 to the agreement with Mintier Harnish extending the term to December 31, 2027, increasing the maximum cost to $2,621,339.50 and adding Exhibit F to expand the scope of work for facilitation of the County's Comprehensive General Plan update, program EIR and Zoning Code update.
8. Receive an update from U.S. Forest Service representatives regarding matters of interest in Trinity County.
9. Approve regular meeting minutes from July 21, 2026.
10. Authorize the Chairman to sign a letter supporting Hayfork High School's 2026 Homecoming Parade.
