1. Approve amendment number 1 to the agreement with Whitchurch Engineering, Inc., extending the term to June 30, 2027, extending the contract performance to June 15, 2027, increasing the maximum cost by $6,000, and updating exhibit B with change order #1; to provide grease trap re-design and upgrade within the Weaverville Veteran's Memorial Hall project.
2. Approve an agreement with the County of Tehama for the placement of juveniles.
3. Approve an agreement with Trinity Valley Consulting Engineers, Inc. to provide consulting and engineering services in alignment with BHCIP Round 2 Grant Funds.
4. Approve amendment number 1 to the agreement with Dr. Kelly Kobylanski removing Section VIII Clause A - Commercial General Liability Insurance to provide Forensic Pathology Services.
5. Approve an agreement with Tri Counties Community Action Partnership (TCCAP) to provide transportation services and Behavioral Health Bridge Housing Navigation Services to eligible participants within Trinity County.
6. Approve amendment number 2 to the agreement with Power Up Electric, increasing the maximum cost to $20,000 per fiscal year; to provide annual maintenance and general repairs on an as needed basis to the generator at the Jail facility.
7. Approve an agreement with Tri Counties Community Action Partnership (TCCAP) to provide opioid remediation, recovery support, harm reduction, outreach, care coordination, and any other approved opioid abatement activities, specific to Opioid Settlement Funding.
8. Approve an agreement with Trinity County Office of Education to provide opioid remediation, prevention, harm reduction, outreach, education, and any other approved opioid abatement activities, specific to Opioid Settlement Funding.
9. Approve an agreement with Burnt Ranch Elementary School District to provide opioid remediation, prevention, harm reduction, outreach, education, and any other approved opioid abatement activities, specific to Opioid Settlement Funding.
10. Approve an agreement with Human Response Network to provide opioid remediation, prevention, recovery support, harm reduction, outreach, education, care coordination, and any other approved opioid abatement activities, specific to Opioid Settlement Funding.
11. Approve amendment number 3 to the agreement with Executone.com extending the term to June 30, 2027 with an option for month to month, and increasing the maximum cost to $55,000 to provide a business phone system and services inclusive of all hardware, software, licenses, installation, and warranty.
12. Approve amendment number 4 to the agreement with Trinity Tire Factory, Inc., increasing the maximum cost by $5,000 to perform general tire repair and/or replacement, vehicle repair services, emergency vehicle road service and other vehicle maintenance to the Trinity County Sheriff's Office's vehicles on an as-needed basis.
13. Approve amendment number 2 to the agreement with Coin Security System Asset Protection, increasing the maximum cost to $45,000, extending the term to June 20, 2030, amending exhibit B, and adding exhibit C as required by BSCC and SPWB to provide secure key cabinets for the Jail facility.
14. Approve regular meeting minutes from August 4, 2026.
15. Authorize the Chairman to sign a letter supporting Hayfork Elementary School's 2026 Halloween Parade.

17. Adopt a resolution which approves the 2026 Department of Transportation Title VI Program and delegates certain authority to the Director of Transportation.

19. Authorize the use of the county logo and sign-on to a letter opposing SB 254 (Becker) - Energy.
20. Discuss and/or authorize the Chairman to sign a letter supporting the designation of qualified census tracts as opportunity zones.
21. Adopt a resolution which approves the State of Good Repair Program Project List for FY 2026/27.
22. Adopt a resolution approving the bylaws of the Trinity County Family Violence and Child Abuse Prevention Council (CAPC).
23. Receive a presentation on the CalRec Vision project regarding the Joint Strategy for Sustainable Outdoor Recreation and Wildfire Resilience and the possibility of adopting the strategy.
