1. Approve an agreement with Ghirardelli Associates, Inc., to provide on-call construction services.
2. Approve an agreement with Silver Top Tree Services, Inc. to provide tree work services throughout Trinity County at the request of the Facilities Operations Superintendent.
3. Approve an agreement with Watkins Tree Services, Inc. to provide tree work services throughout Trinity County at the request of the Facilities Operations Superintendent.
4. Approve amendment number 1 to the agreement with Estech Systems, Inc (ESI), adding another location and department for Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) phone service and authorize the County Administrative Officer to sign the amendment and all future amendments.
5. Approve amendment number 2 to the agreement with Kings View Telepsychiatry, extending the term to June 30, 2029, and updating Exhibit B to include the current rates for the provision of telepsychiatry Specialty Mental Health Services to Trinity County Medi-Cal Members.
6. Approve amendment number 1 to the agreement with Universal Security Products, Inc., extending the term to July 14, 2028, changing the maximum to $60,000 per fiscal year, updating Exhibits A - Services to be Provided and Exhibit B - Compensation/Fees to be Paid, and adding Exhibit C - Subordination State Review, SB863 Trinity County Jail Detention Facility to furnish and install eighteen (18) additional window glazing Lexan products to replace existing broken window glazing at the Trinity County Adult Detention Facility located at 701 Tom Bell Road, Weaverville, CA.
7. ​Adopt a resolution which establishes the 2026/27 secured tax rates for the secured roll; and allows the Auditor-Controller to change rates for specific bonds due to delay in obtaining values and tax rates needed.
8. Approve a memorandum of understanding with Partnership HealthPlan of California to ensure that Medi-Cal beneficiaries are able to receive services as related to Women, Infant, and Children (WIC) services, and authorize the Director of Health and Human Services Agency to sign the MOU and any future amendments.
9. Authorize the Chairman to sign a letter of support for Humboldt Trinity Recreation Alliance's Resilience Center project.
10. Adopt a resolution which supports Assembly Joint Resolution 23 regarding the formation of a new state.
11. Approve the Board of Supervisors' response to the Grand Jury Report: 2025 Trinity County Grand Jury Report - Code Enforcement Crackdown.
12. Receive an update from U.S. Forest Service representatives regarding matters of interest in Trinity County.
13. Authorize the Chairman to sign a letter of support for the North Fork Grange's Resilience Center grant application.
14. Receive a presentation from Trinity River Lumber Mill on the current state of Timber Operations in Trinity County.
