Consideration and Recommended adoption of a Resolution authorizing a two-year agreement with the Housing Authority of the City of Napa for contract housing services in a baseline amount not-to-exceed $131,450 for the two-year period starting on July 1, 2026, and authorizing up to $20,000 for additional housing-related services for Fiscal Year 2027-28.
3. Adoption of a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a construction contract with JD General Engineering in the amount of $168,992 for the R25-79 Hudson Pavement Restoration Project, authorizing the Director of Public Works to approve construction change orders not to exceed 15% of the total contract amount, and determines the R25-79 Hudson Pavement Rehabilitation Project is exempt from CEQA under Class 1 Existing Facilities.
