- 3 Approve a Ground Lease Agreement with Dish Network, LLC to install wireless telecommunication system on the cellular tower located at 1340 Virginia Street in Vallejo for a 5-year initial term commencing the earlier of the first day of the month following the installation or one (1) year from the Effective Date, with four successive 5-year options to extend the Agreement, for an initial rent of $2,750 per month with three percent annual increases; and Authorize the County Administrator or designee to execute the Ground Lease Agreement and any subsequent modifications or amendments, with County Counsel concurrence
- 4 Adopt a resolution authorizing the grant of a utility easement to Pacific Gas and Electric Company at 321, 355, and 365 Tuolumne Street and 1340 Virginia Street in Vallejo (APN 0057-140-010) to allow ENGIE Services to provide energy improvements at the Vallejo campus; and Authorize the County Administrator to execute the easement deed and any other necessary documents associated with the easement deed, including recording the easement deed as required
