  23. 3 Approve a Ground Lease Agreement with Dish Network, LLC to install wireless telecommunication system on the cellular tower located at 1340 Virginia Street in Vallejo for a 5-year initial term commencing the earlier of the first day of the month following the installation or one (1) year from the Effective Date, with four successive 5-year options to extend the Agreement, for an initial rent of $2,750 per month with three percent annual increases; and Authorize the County Administrator or designee to execute the Ground Lease Agreement and any subsequent modifications or amendments, with County Counsel concurrence 25-220 Approved
  24. 4 Adopt a resolution authorizing the grant of a utility easement to Pacific Gas and Electric Company at 321, 355, and 365 Tuolumne Street and 1340 Virginia Street in Vallejo (APN 0057-140-010) to allow ENGIE Services to provide energy improvements at the Vallejo campus; and Authorize the County Administrator to execute the easement deed and any other necessary documents associated with the easement deed, including recording the easement deed as required 25-221 Adopted

  28. 5 Approve a Napa/Solano Area Agency on Aging second contract amendment with Innovative Health Solutions for $94,282 for a total contract amount of $589,541 to provide meals to older adults in a congregate setting for the current period through June 30, 2025; and Delegate authority to the County Administrator to execute the contract and any subsequent amendments, with County Counsel concurrence, up to an aggregate of $74,999 25-207 Approved
  29. 6 Approve a second contract amendment with St. Helena Hospital dba Adventist Health Vallejo for $806,771 for a total contract amount of $1,006,496 to provide additional acute psychiatric inpatient services for the current period through June 30, 2025; and Delegate authority to the County Administrator to execute the amendment and any subsequent amendments, with County Counsel concurrence, up to an aggregate of $74,999 25-216 Approved
