Adopt a resolution authorizing the grant of a utility easement to Pacific Gas and Electric Company at 321, 355, and 365 Tuolumne Street and 1340 Virginia Street in Vallejo (APN 0057-140-010) to allow ENGIE Services to provide energy improvements at the Vallejo campus; and Authorize the County Administrator to execute the easement deed and any other necessary documents associated with the easement deed, including recording the easement deed as required
