Approve a Ground Lease Agreement with Dish Network, LLC to install wireless telecommunication system on the cellular tower located at 1340 Virginia Street in Vallejo for a 5-year initial term commencing the earlier of the first day of the month following the installation or one (1) year from the Effective Date, with four successive 5-year options to extend the Agreement, for an initial rent of $2,750 per month with three percent annual increases; and Authorize the County Administrator or designee to execute the Ground Lease Agreement and any subsequent modifications or amendments, with County Counsel concurrence
