Public hearing to consider adopting a resolution approving Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LLA-25-07 by John Ott and the Annette L. Porini Family Trust and the Schilling Grace Family Trust to transfer 1.12 acres of land between two adjacent parcels located at 9484 Stevenson Bridge Road and 6241 Strathgordon Lane, three miles west of the City of Davis, within the Exclusive Agriculture “A-40” zoning district; APN’s 0107-030-160 and 170. Both properties are entered into Williamson Act Contract No. 297. The proposed lot line adjustment is a ministerial action and is therefore not subject to the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Public Resources Code §21080(b)(1)
