Conduct a noticed public hearing to consider Use Permit Application No. U-25-05 by Valley Internet to construct and operate a new wireless communication facility consisting of a 50-foot-tall, self-supporting lattice tower and associated equipment within a 1,450 square foot fenced lease area located in an unincorporated area of Fairfield, approximately 1.15 miles southwest of the Fairfield city limits, within the Exclusive Agricultural (A-20) zoning district, APN #0180-100-010. The project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15303, New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures.
