ALUC 25-12 (Brann Ranch) The Airport Land Use Commission will receive an informational presentation regarding the status of Application No. ALUC-25-12 to amend the City of Rio Vista’s General Plan and Zoning to establish a mixed-use development called Brann Ranch. The item is agendized to notify the applicant and the public that the submittal is incomplete for purposes of an ALUC consistency determination and to identify additional materials required before the Commission may consider the project.
