Approve a revenue agreement with the California Department of Housing and Community Development for $1,968,381 to accept the Homeless Housing Assistance and Prevention Round 6 grant award to provide supportive housing services to assist behavioral health clients in maintaining independent community housing for the current period through June 30, 2030; Delegate authority to the County Administrator to execute the agreement and other related documents necessary to receive the grant funding; and Approve an Appropriation Transfer Request for $1,968,381 to add appropriations and grant revenue to the FY2026/27 Working Budget (4/5 vote required)
