Conduct a public hearing to consider a report of delinquent solid waste service charges for properties within unincorporated Solano County; Hear and consider any protests or objections to the report and make appropriate revisions or corrections; Consider adopting resolutions confirming the report of delinquent accounts, imposing the delinquent solid waste service charges as special assessments, authorizing the recording of liens, and directing placement of delinquent charges on the FY2026/27 secured property tax roll; Approve a $62 administrative lien charge per affected parcel; and Authorize the Director of Resource Management, or their designee, to execute and record Releases of Liens upon payment in full
