Approve a sixth amendment to a revenue agreement with Medic Ambulance Service, Inc., to extend the term of the contract from the current period through December 1, 2026, to increase the annual franchise fee by $50,000 for a total annual franchise fee of $719,000, and to change the contracting authority from the Solano Emergency Medical Services Cooperative to the County of Solano; and Delegate authority to the County Administrator to execute the amendment and any subsequent amendments, with County Counsel concurrence, up to $74,999 per fiscal year
