Approve a revenue agreement with Partnership HealthPlan of California for $141,350 for CalAIM (California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal) Building and Infrastructure Development and Reporting for the term July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026; Delegate authority to the County Administrator to sign the agreement; and Delegate authority to the Executive Director of First 5 Solano, with concurrence from County Counsel, to execute any future amendments which are administrative in nature and have no fiscal impact
