Approve a renewal of the Master Memorandum of Understanding (M-MOU) for 2025-28 to fulfill the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act’s requirement for a local agreement between the County and the Workforce Development Board of Solano County concerning the operations of the One-Stop Career Centers known as Americas Job Centers of California; and Approve a renewal of the Partner Memorandum of Understanding (P-MOU) template for 2025-28 to be executed between the Workforce Development Board of Solano County and its mandated partner agencies for the local One-Stop Career Center system
