Approve a first amendment to the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement and Dell Licensing and Subscription pricing for software licenses on premises and cloud based applications to extend the current agreement through May 31, 2028 in the amount of $6,306,676; Authorize the County Administrator to execute the amendment; Authorize the County Administrator, with County Counsel concurrence, to execute change orders up to 10% of the contract amount within annual appropriations; and Authorize the Chief Information Officer to approve annual software true ups within annual appropriations
