Authorize acceptance of unanticipated sponsorship grant funds for District 3 totaling $4,000 received from Kaiser Permanente ($1,500), Partnership HealthPlan of California ($1,500) and Valero ($1,000) for the current period through June 30, 2025 to cover expenditure costs of the Black Maternal & Infant Health Birth Justice Seminar which was a joint effort of Supervisor Williams - District 3, Solano Commission for Women and Girls (SCWG) and Solano County Health and Social Services; and Approve an Appropriation Transfer Request for $4,000 to recognize the unanticipated funds to District 3 (4/5 vote required)
