Conduct a noticed public hearing to consider adopting a resolution to approve Lot Line Adjustment application LLA-24-03 by Corey and Monica Williams and the Robby and Jessica Harris Family Trust to transfer two separate 24,950 sf portions of property between two adjacent lots; and rescind and replace Land Conservation contract No. 946, located along Mix Canyon Road, 4.5 miles northwest of the City of Vacaville, within the Watershed and Conservation “W” zoning district, APN’s 0102-120-010 and 0102-170-010; the project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to CEQA Guidelines §15268 and §15317 relating to ministerial projects and the establishment of land conservation contracts
