Adopt a resolution approving a competitive application totaling $600,000 to the State of California’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program to conduct two Planning Studies of up to $300,000 each for affordable housing developments in the unincorporated areas of the County benefitting low- and moderate-income residents; and Authorize the Director of Resource Management to submit the CDBG grant application, and if awarded, to execute any agreements and amendments to implement the award
