Approve a first contract amendment with Aramark Correctional Services for $300,000 for a total contract amount of $1,200,000 to provide meals for youth detained at the Juvenile Detention Facility (JDF) for the current period through June 30, 2025; Delegate authority to the County Administrator to execute the contract amendment and any subsequent amendments, with County Counsel concurrence, up to an annual aggregate of $74,999; and Authorize the Chief Probation Officer to execute any amendments which are technical or administrative in nature
