Receive a presentation and affirm the submission on the CalAIM Initiative including the Sheriff’s Office Implementation Plan and Budget required by the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) to provide 90-Day Pre-Release Medi-Cal services to Solano County’s justice-involved persons within the County jails; Delegate authority to the County Administrator to approve the Implementation Plan and Budget including any subsequent technical adjustments or amendments; Adopt a resolution amending the List of Numbers and Classification of Positions to add 1.0 FTE Project Manager (Limited-Term) in the Inmate Programming Division of the Sheriff’s Office; and Approve two Appropriation Transfer Requests totaling $572,564 recognizing unanticipated revenue offset by grant related expenditures in both the Sheriff’s Office budget and the CalAIM PATH-JI Round 3 budget (4/5 vote required)
