Lum Family Limited Partnership and Bains Farms LLC to transfer 19.72 acres of property from Lum to Bains and to rescind and replace Land Conservation Contract Nos. 838 and 1199, located along Rockville Road, one-mile west of the City of Fairfield, within the Suisun Valley Agriculture “A-SV-20” zoning district, APN’s 0027-030-150, 0027-251-280, and 0027-030-030; the Project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to CEQA Guidelines §15268 and §15317 relating to ministerial projects and the establishment of land conservation contracts
