Authorize acceptance of unanticipated sponsorship grant funds for District 3 totaling $5,500 received from Kaiser Permanente ($2,500), Sutter Health ($2,500) and Partnership HealthPlan of California ($500) for the current period through June 30, 2024 to cover expenditure costs of the Black Maternal & Infant Health Seminar which was a joint effort of Supervisor Williams - District 3, Black Women Organized for Political Action (BWOPA) and Solano County Health and Social Services; and Approve an Appropriation Transfer Request for $5,500 to recognize the unanticipated funds to District 3 (4/5 vote required)
