2. ADOPT A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH SALINAS VALLEY FORD FOR A USED DUMP TRUCK IN THE AMOUNT OF $88,746.00 FOR USE BY THE MAINTENANCE AND UTILITIES DIVISION
