1. <strong>ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT ZOA-2025-001. </strong> A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE SEASIDE MUNICIPAL CODE TO CREATE A NEW USE CLASSIFICATION FOR THE SALES OF FIREARMS AND AMMUNITION, IDENTIFY ZONING DISTRICTS AND LOCATIONS WHERE THIS USE WOULD BE ALLOWED, AND ESTABLISH OPERATING STANDARDS FOR THE USE. THE PROPOSED ACTION CONSISTS OF A RECOMMENDATION ONLY AND IS THEREFORE NOT SUBJECT TO THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT (CEQA) PURSUANT TO SECTION 15061(b)(3) OF THE CEQA GUIDELINES.
