1. <strong id="isPasted">SPECIFIC PLAN AMENDMENT SPA-2025-002. </strong>A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THAT THE SEASIDE CITY COUNCIL APPROVE AN AMENDMENT TO THE CAMPUS TOWN SPECIFIC PLAN MODIFYING THE REVIEW PROCESSES AND SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR DEVELOPMENT APPLICATIONS. THE PROPOSED ACTION CONSISTS OF A RECOMMENDATION ONLY AND IS THEREFORE NOT SUBJECT TO THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT (CEQA) PURSUANT TO SECTION 15061(b)(3) OF THE CEQA GUIDELINES.
