Consider recommendations regarding Santa Barbara Unified School District (SBUSD) 3-Year Contract for Supplemental Law Enforcement Services, as follows: a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement between the County of Santa Barbara and the SBUSD for the provision of supplemental law enforcement services for the period of August 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029, with a total contract amount not to exceed $45,000.00 ($15,000.00 annually); and b) Determine that the proposed action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5), as an organizational or administrative activity of government that will not result in a direct or indirect physical change to the environment.
