Consider recommendations regarding the Civil Service Commission Annual Report for Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-2026, as follows: a) Receive and file the Annual Report of the Civil Service Commission for FY 2025-2026; and b) Determine that the above-recommended action is not a project that is subject to environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5), finding that the action is a governmental administrative activity that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
