Consider recommendations regarding a Revenue Agreement with Santa Maria Joint Union High School District for Alcohol and Drug Program: Early Intervention Services and Substance Use Disorder Treatment Services for Fiscal Year 2026-2027, as follows: a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute a Revenue Agreement with Santa Maria Joint Union High School District for Behavioral Wellness’ provision of Alcohol and Drug Program: Early Intervention Services and Substance Use Disorder Treatment Services at District schools with a projected revenue amount of $65,656.00 for the period of September 15, 2026, through June 30, 2027; b) Approve and authorize the Behavioral Wellness Director or designee to make immaterial changes (standard terms) regarding the above contract, subject to the maximum contract amount and revocation of this delegated authority at any time; and c) Determine that the above-recommended actions are not a project that is subject to environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15378(b)(4), finding that the actions are governmental funding mechanisms and/or fiscal activities that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
