TIME: 10 MIN.) a) Adopt the Land Use Element Window Date Resolution to approve and adopt the following conceptually approved amendments to the County Land Use Element, including community area plans: i) Utility-Scale Solar Amendments (Case Nos. 26GPA-00005), conceptually approved at the September 1, 2026, Board of Supervisors hearing; and ii) Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan Consistency Amendments (Case No. 26GPA-00001), conceptually approved at the September 22, 2026, Board of Supervisors hearing.
